The certification exam becomes a mandatory part of AXELOS training from 1.11.2019

ITIL and PRINCE2 certification exam will be a mandatory part of the training from 1.11.2019. This means that the price of the course will be increased by the price of the exam. This applies to both classroom and online courses.

We recommend taking the exam within 1 month after completing the course, up to a maximum of ½ year.

When registering for a course, you will have two options to choose from:

course with exam
course with exam + Take2 (retake)

Take2 re-sit exam (retake) offers the opportunity to retake the ITIL or PRINCE2 certification exam within 6 months of the first failed attempt at a fraction of the cost. Provides 2 attempts to pass the certification exam. So you don’t have to buy the certification exam again in full price.

We also offer a GUARANTEE of ITIL and PRINCE2 courses. What does it mean? If you complete the training and fail to pass the certification exam within 1 month, you can come back to the course and repeat it (Note: this must be a guaranteed course date). Certification exam is not included in the GUARANTEE and must be purchased again.
